Exchanger directory

Exchanger

A service that performs currency exchanges.

Customer

A user who visits the exchanger directory, looks for exchange rates and offers, and clicks through to the chosen exchanger’s website.

Exchange Rate Export File

A web page with XML content on an exchanger’s website.

EREF

Exchange rate export file (abbreviation).

Exchange Unit

A currency that can be exchanged in a specific system via a specific method.

E.g., the USD currency can be used by different systems: Bank transfers, cash operations, electronic wallets, etc. Each of these units of exchange will have a unique code: PPUSD (PayPal USD), ADVUSD (Advcash USD), CASHUSD, WMZ (WebMoney USD).

Trading pair

A pair of exchange units: from EU_CODE1 to EU_CODE2.

Parser

Program software on the BestChange side that downloads the Exchange Rate Export File from an exchanger’s website. The parser analyzes and checks the EREF and then places it on the BestChange website.
